How completely random!
I was told that pin codes are only for those who have traveled there before, but yet no one has figured out who or how they target those repeat customers to send pin codes.
We are booked already because we have saved and know we will go regardless of a
free dining promo, but it pains me a bit to pay full price. Realistically I know something will come out (even if its just a room discount).
I am just surprised that I am not getting spammed by Disney more after being a first timer signing up for all these websites. Maybe they know they already got me because I have booked.
