I paid $814 for 4 round trip tickets from new castle to orlando. It really didn't change our drive time if we would have flown out of Philly. And flying out of bew castle was so much cheaper.

$814 for 4 is great!!! It's $817+ for the 3 of us from Dallas. Booked the "Wanna Get Away" fare w/ SW. One stop in HOU both ways but it worked out cheaper than anyone else b/c of bags fly free.

We got Southwest nonstop and our total was $1840.00 for the 7 of us. I booked the 2nd day the fares were released for November. I have seen some price fluctuation, and I did consider a later flight to save us about $30 each. In the end getting to WDW earlier was worth It!I never thought that we would be able to fly because there are too many of us, but those fares were not able to be passed up!

That is great!! For 5 of us to go from Raleigh to Orlando is almost $1600.

Our tickets were 280 round trip direct flight per person. That's the lowest they've been. They jumped to $600 per person a couple weeks ago. Yikes!!! Glad I bought early!

We're flying JetBlue from dc to Orlando. Last week tickets were $98 each way but sometimes they have sales with tickets for $70ew. Now they're up to $101. I'm debating on whether or not I should just buy them now or wait for a sale.. Ugh. I need a crystal ball!

We received a Disney Destination's email moments ago and it was only offering special room rates Sun - Thurs throughout the month of November. Nothing about FD. I was so excited when I seen it, what a let down.

I've talked to about 5 CMs over the last two weeks and all have said that it will probably be Aug. for a new deal since the current offer is open for booking through July.

2014 package rates were released and became bookable today. There is no news or real rumors as to when the next discount will come out or what it will be.

Room only (rack rate) and AAA discounts were available today as well.

I got RO to come up on the comuter and then called for the AAA rate.

I was hoping for Oct Free Dining, but decided to go ahead and book a RO in the new year as I have a SW credit to use and I think I can get a sale price that is decent.

I checked SW and AirTran and they were both around $1200. I jumped at Frontiers cost of $814. Saved me about $400.

Just thinking out loud and it may have been mentioned/noticed already. In fact, it probably was. But, just wanted to share when I was just checking out my calendar that Aug 1st is a Thursday and the last offer went public on a Thursday. So, maybe the whole thing about after the other one is done is true and it will be the 1st of August? I am hoping and am now going to try and forget about it until about the 27th or so!! Only 2 1/2 weeks....we can make it!!!

But, just wanted to share when I was just checking out my calendar that Aug 1st is a Thursday and the last offer went public on a Thursday. So, maybe the whole thing about after the other one is done is true and it will be the 1st of August? I am hoping and am now going to try and forget about it until about the 27th or so!! Only 2 1/2 weeks....we can make it!!!

My thinking is that the Sept offers FD/ROSummer rates are available until July 31. My bet is that they won't want to roll out any Oct offers until the previous ones are done.

I'd do that. We are flying Airtran out of BWI and our tickets were $108 one way. Now they've gone up. I'm glad I jumped when I did.

Howdy y'all sounds like some great bargains to be had for airfare to WDW ! I was on SW site Friday April 19th looking for airfare to Orlando in October and price for 1 way nonstop from Rhode Island was $175 pp. Return trip was the same. On Saturday the 20th of April I happened to check again on my lunch break on my smartphone and it had gone down to $82 pp each way nonstop. I booked it right then and there ! The next day it was back to $175. Good to check daily, as you never know when you'll get that great deal ! Last week we booked a week at POR and now just waiting for the fd to come along. Even if it doesn't, can't wait to get back and see Mickey and the gang !!!

How do you guys think this "no refridgerator" thing will affect Disney's willingness to extend free dining? It COULD be the straw that tips the balance in our favour!!!!!!!!
