Free dining & DVC???

Isn't "free" dining usually in August and September???? I've never really heard of it in the October/November time period, because that is usually Food and Wine Festival, and definitely NOT free dining time.

Yes unless someone was able to take advantage of the "bouneback" offer? Not sure if they had block-out dates for the F&W?
