Free dining dates

Totally with you on that. I hate the crowds too. We made our reservations at 180 days out and now we are going during freakin' free dining too. Maybe it won't be stupid crowded crazy.

I know! I deliberately booked our trip for AFTER free dining so we wouldn't have to deal with the crowded restuarants. Now, we will be there during free dining. We are DVC, so no free dining for us. I still feel like we got a good deal as our points cost us about 7.15 each when calculating in dues and such. When adding in our dining, our 6 days in a one bedroom will cost us about $2000. If we paid through Disney and got free dining, it would be about $3000. Oh well, nothing to do about it now.

I understand why Disney offers free dining and am happy for those that can take advantage of it. It's just after carefully planning and avoiding free dining, we are right in it.
