free dining bounceback for 2016, but not where we wanted

if this isnt posted in the right thread im sorry, please move it. i was just at disney POFQ for 10 days. we have been going there the last 10 years on free dining bounce back even when it wasnt offered to the public at that resort, since we originally had free dining there when it was availble to the public disney kept letting us use the FD there. well we got FD for 2016 but NOT at POFQ, we had to move to POR. we love french quarter and i know lots of people love POR, but we are bummed we couldnt stay at FQ its home to us. the manager at FQ said a lot of people are upset by this too and i guess it might change and told us to hang on and wait. just thought i would share about my bounceback. either way im happy i got free dining again so no complaints!!

Fq is awesome. We prefer POR and they have started getting fd again. We booked the BB for fd next summer.

POFQ is popular and Disney probably feels they can fill POFQ without offering free dining.

We feel the exact same. We are big fans of POFQ and have been lucky enough to continue with getting yearly BB offer for POFQ. This year we ended up booking BB offer at PORS. We booked a preferred room, so hopefully we will be near bus / lobby / food court. It's still beautiful there, but it will be 'different' to us. I'm sure we'll still love it since it's Disney

Same thing happened to us at All Star Movies. Been booking bounceback since they started it at Movies. This year Movies, POFQ, and AOA mermaid suites are excluded. Really disappointed but booked at ASSports for next year.

Congrats on getting to stay at POFQ with free dining. I'm jealous, this is also "our resort" and we're bummed when we can't be there. I'm surprised POR was in the bounce back as they also removed POR this year.
