When we were at ASMu last Sept. we took advantage of the free dining offer for Sept.09. We put a deposit on the dates, then when we got home we transfered the package to AAA and we still have everything we want with some of AAA's perks. I've been waiting for Jetblue to post their flight information and they did yesterday and the prices for our dates are higher than I thought they would be, so I want to change my dates (still within the promotion dates) and add one more day. Has anyone done this and still got the free dining? I will be calling my TA, but sometimes she doesn't really know and these boards know all the correct details. Thanks to anyone who answers me.:confused3

I changed my bounceback reservations about a week ago. I changed the dates (added a day to my existing reservation) and changed resorts (downgraded to a Mod to save some $$$). I called up, and they said that they couldn't change a bounceback, but transferred me to another department that could.

As it turned out, they were having a difficult time using the bounceback code (saying they weren't seeing resort availability, as it needed to be booked by a certain date), but they took all the information and gave me the new package price, then said they would email me confirmation when the changes were made.

Well, I got the new confirmation, new dates, new resort and kept the free dining... so they will let you do it, it's just not as easy as changing a normal reservation. There was no charge to make the change.

Good Luck!

I'm not booked through AAA so I don't know how that works but I changed my bounceback last week also. I called and asked for guest relations but this CM just did everything and I didn't need to be transfered. I have checked and everything is correct. I changed dates (within the promo) and resort.

Thank you so much.
I did stop by my AAA office today andthe TA called Disney, but the computers were down at Disney and nothing could be done today, but she was told that Guest relations had to do the changing.
I am going to foward your e-mails to my TA to show them it can be done. (just in case they say it can't :goodvibes )

I've made two changes to ours - resort and dates. I even changed how many nights we're staying :goodvibes .

I changed my dates with no problem. However, I wanted to add one day and they would not let me, because I was already booked for 14 nights. I thought I had heard last year some posters had stayed longer than the 14 nights.:confused3

Ah well it does'nt matter now I already booked my flight, I just wanted that extra day to have my perfect itinerary...ah I guess I always need something to moon over.:lmao:

I could be wrong, but I think for changes in bounceback, they change you over to GG CM's because that is who I got both times.

I had my dates changed and everything is set! Thank to all of you for your posts. Now I can really start planning. Yea!!
