Free Dining August dates - strange

I've been toying around with free dining dates for August.

If I try to book 8/16-8/23 with free dining ... only thing available is in Deluxe category. But, if I book 8/16-8/27 POR is available. It just seems odd that I can have POR if I'm willing to book 11 nights, but not if I only want 7.
