Haha, so did I! We were originally going the last week of Oct/early Nov, but I couldn't stand the wait. We're now set to go mid-September!

I'm here for the wait too! August seems so far away . We head to WDW October 18-22.

FD would be great, but we are ok if we don't get it. We are staying at ASMu, I have no idea if they will be included in the promo or if we will need to switch resorts?

Something to consider, most resorts and room categories will be included in the offer, however, not all may be available. That is why it is good to have a resort/room category back up plan. : )

We were booked Oct 25th- Nov 4th. I didn't want to wait until August to find out if FD was going to be in October. By then it would be too late to go in September. So we took our chances here. Now just hoping the dates we picked are covered (20th-30th)

Right now we are booked at BCR CL on a bounceback for September 20th for 7 nights. We are thinking of moving to POR if FD comes out - we will have family there and our kids want to be together. So...I'm excited but broken hearted about missing out on the BCR. It's our favorite!

Could we book POR on Free Dining for the first 5 night (7 day hoppers), then keep our BCR package for the last 2 nights?

1. Can we have two packages with 2 different discounts back to back?
2. Does anyone know if my bb has to be a package or just a room only discount? We won't need tickets at BCR since it will be the last 2 days.

1. Yes, you can - not sure if you really would want to do so. Assuming they are both "packages", they both come with tickets. Now, you could use the FD tickets through both stays and save the second set of tickets for a future vacation, but some of the savings would be diminished by purchasing 2 sets of tickets.
2. BB come both ways - depends on the offer.

Yes you can! Remember POR does sell out quickly so call or book online as soon as it is released. If the CM can't modify or remove your tickets from your BB offer then call the bounce back number and get them to do it. I don't see it being a problem as we have had BB room only before.

I think Disney is the only thing that could get me to run a half marathon. It already makes me walk that much every day we are there.
A friend of a friend did it last year and loved it!

Well, busy day but I finally made it on here to check in. Didn't get to get filled in on what's going on in the last thread but had to make sure I moved over here before I missed out on anything!
Now I won't feel like I am going "off-topic" when so many are focused and obsessing over free dining like I was last year.
