We are considering upgrading to annual passes this year due to a planned June trip and a probable September/October trip. The savings on the passes plus the savings on memory maker make it a good deal for us. However, I just realized that we may not qualify for free dining if it is offered in Sept. if we have annual passes.

Has anyone encountered this problem? What did you do about it... skip the AP's to get free dining or buy the AP's and then also purchase the minimum ticket requirement?

Thanks!

It's not that you won't qualify for free dining if you have an AP, it's just that you have to get a package with tickets in order to get free dining. A common thing for people to do is save the tickets that they have to get with the package and use them toward renewing their AP.
