Remember that AoA is a value resort, and you'll get the quick service plan free if you stay there... if you want the regular plan you'd have to upgrade to it, which is an additional cost.
Yes....that's why it's "riskier if free dining is offered". If I knew free dining would be offered and work for when I'm there, I'd probably go ahead and book CR. BUT, if I'm not able to get free dining for some reason, then I'd rather stay at AofA. That's kind of why I'm not sure which one to book.
