I just managed to switch my ASSp FD reservation for Pop where there was previously no availability so inventory is changing

Same! Booked ASSp FD for late Sept since Pop wasn't available (I tried right when it dropped), but I was checking everyday the last few days, even pushing back a day or two, since some have suggested that more may eventually open up. There wasn't anything and seemingly inventory lessened day by day until today! Checked just now and got the exact dates we wanted at Pop that weren't previously available! We are staying for 8 days so didn't expect much, but for our block of dates, everything from Standard was available all the sudden!

Yep! I just saw that a bunch of September and November dates for POP opened up today! I was fortunate enough to get a POP free dining reservation at 5am the day it was released but my brother and SIL just decided to snag a free dining reservation at Pop too for part of our dates so they can join us for some of our vacation.

Be sure to check to see if you can change your reservations today - I booked two separate packages for my family (one for my parents, and one for myself and my friend) at Pop with free dining on Monday, hoping to get a preferred room for my parents, but it wasn't available. I've been checking every day since then and today things seem to have opened up, and there were a few new resorts available as well!

We changed our reservations today from POR to Coronado Springs. Free dining, park hoppers and memory maker for about $1000 less than I was going to pay at POR since I was going to be paying for the dining plan. We are pretty happy.

Another post to retry if it was first not available. Yesterday was planning a POP stay and came through as unavailable for one of the nights. Rechecked today as I was going to book plan B and our original dates were available.
