Hi all! Im new here.. but just gor an email from Disney visa rewards... I dont know if this pertains to the fd or if its just a tease but it got me excited: ,A special Disney Store offer will arrive in your inbox in just a few weeks. To take advantage, you'll need to redeem*Disney Dream Reward Dollars®.Make sure you're ready to redeem by requesting a*Disney RewardsRedemption Card as soon as possible...and loading it with*Disney Dream Reward Dollars. Here's how you request a Redemption Card:*1.*Login*to your account at*Chase.com2. Under your rewards balance click "Redeem Rewards"3. From the right side menu of text links select "Order Rewards Items"*You can also call*1-800-436-7999*and press '0' after entering your card number and ZIP Code.*Once your offer arrives, you'll have everything you need to save on Disney Store merchandise including toys, apparel, role-play costumes, and more.

I got that too and was getting ready to post the same thing. I'm guessing it is not free dining since it says "Disney store". I may redeem some just in case. Does anyone know of the top of their head when the reward cards expire?

Glad you're excited, but this is about some kind of upcoming Disney Store promotion, I'd guess a percentage-off coupon, not WDW free dining.

Well we always book BB for FD and always have to switch the dates once air comes It has never been a issue ever. Of course it does have to be the dates that are listed on the BB Boucher. If someone tells you other than that you need to ask for someone in guest services. I have had to do that before since the cm's can't switch it themselves. In fact I called to change something today.

I agree. We also were allowed to make changes.

Hi....quick question....I think I saw this mentioned in a previous post but wanted to double check.

If something is going to be offered, would it be at midnight of that day? Just curious if I need to set my alarm for 11:59 pm on Sunday to check for something special.........

Well, see everybody bright and early Monday morning, phone in hand at 7am....

I wanted to share some thoughts on a few things. I saw a post this morning that dug up some unpleasant thoughts that happened about a year ago. Most of you know what happened, so I won't get into that. However, I think something needs pointed out about this whole process.

In my time here in the Dis, I have seen rumors and leaks for every promo, by so many different people, myself included. Some have come, some have gone, but all of them had one thing in common. No rumor...no leak has ever been 100%....not me, not anyone before me. Even those who have had actual leaked info from inside Disney....things always change at the last minute, and we all know this, and we've all seen this.

But here's the shocker. It isn't about who nails a date first, or who puts out the information before someone else. This is about getting some information in front of people, so they can then ask questions and become prepared for when that day arrives. This is about everyone having their resorts, and backups, and everything planned out and ready to go. As you all know, knowing early gets you nothing on release day. Someone could see it online that morning and end up calling in ahead of you. The only thing this information does is allow you time to ask questions, get some answers and be prepared.

Everyone in here have been so helpful in answering questions and getting correct information to the right people. I've always welcomed that (even putting a few folks on the spot a time or two). I don't do any of this for praise or worship, but rather because Disney World holds a deep personal connection for me, and I want others to have a chance for a similar experience.

So whether the date is April 21, or May 1.....the important thing is that we are all ready for it. You've asked your questions, you've all been given answers, made your plans, ready to go.

This post wasn't directed at anyone in particular, but there always seems to be someone out there who wishes failure upon others. We saw that last August unfortunately, but everyone here was so quick to let them know they weren't welcome around here. While I'm not here for praise, I think we all deserve respect.

I just wanted to thank you all for one heck of a year.....and what's sure to be a wild ride to come.

Now....where are those tights? :confused3

Personally I want to thank you for the information. I was unaware that you could pay to upgrade the dining plans as well as the other information you have shared.

The past two times my family has gone we have had the FD and I have become spoiled by it. This time knowing we are going w/wo it the learning has been great.

Also I will admit I am a bit more nervous as to getting it this time as we made some ADRs this time based on the POR getting the DDP.

Thanks for all the information and if I don't get FD it won't be because I was uninformed, although I really want to get through the 7 Stages of FD and finally settle on the relief side of things.

Thanks for everything, Joe. I believe I speak for the rest of the men on here that we are fine letting you be the lone guy in tights.

Everyone has been so pleasant here that I am surprised that someone (or more than one) "wished failure" on others, but it apparently happened. Wow, that's crazy!

♫ We're all in this together, and it shows, when we stand, hand in hand, make our dreams come ♫

That's what makes Disney special to those people that love it. We're always out to help others enjoy Disney and get the most out of it so they can love it the way we do. I come from a small town in Wisconsin and I've helped 3 families plan their Disney vacations this year and they all loved it! Even tho I've traveled their many times over my 35 years, its the help I've gotten on this site from people that's really helped me to help them THANK YOU!
