On hold 1 hour from 7-8. Got CSR 11/15-11/21.

CSR 11/15-23 booked!! Best. Day. Ever. My CM said I was her first call of the day, so she must have started at 8:30 EST. Took me over an hour to get past the busy signal, but once I got through, 55 minutes total (prompts, on hold, book trip, and survey). I definitely think NEW bookings get through faster than CHANGE requests. Is that true?

Is this for real, I cannot believe I have been on hold for over 2 hours. I am getting absolutely nothing done at work. I can't stop reading these threads.
Every time I try to work on something, I keep coming back here to check on how long everyone is waiting. this is insane. I am so glad my boss is off work today.

CBR 9/19-9/26. Hope I'm happy. I really love POFQ. Never stayed at CBR...getting mixed reviews...ugh!

I just got through. I was only on hold 32 minutes before the CM came on the line.

I called at 7:00 and was on hold for over an hour until my home phone died. I hurried to work and called again. I was on hold for 32 minutes when the CM came on the line and I about jumped out of my chair. I wasn't expecting anyone to answer.

I don't want to encourage anyone to hang up after waiting for so long, but if you have another telephone line you could use, I would try calling in on that line too.

Mine starts 10/25 I did Room only the first night and then started my free dining package on the 26th

Do you think Port Orleans may open up?

This is our second Disney trip ever. Excited about Dining Plan but I'm only a general public since I'm in Canada and can't get the Disney Visa.

I'm following along on the threads, it looks like we may be out of luck for Port Orleans? It seems like they only have a room discount, not the dining plan free. We need Free Dining to make our trip work this fall...

I have a 5 and 7 year old and also a 3 year old but still needs a crib (special needs and in a wheelchair) so since he's in a crib, I don't think we necessarily count as a family of 5 yet? If we can't stay at PO, where should we stay?

I liked PO because we had a ground floor and walked right out so there wasn't a lot of navigation with his wheelchair. We had a royal room so there was room in the room to park his wheelchair. I liked that it was very peaceful and garden-like. I liked the boat on the river that went to Downtown Disney. I liked that it wasn't crazy hustley bustley and it was a nice change after a busy day. I liked that we had a fridge. I liked that every night there was a movie outside in the garden. I liked that we could check out luggage in at the hotel on the trip home instead of lugging it ourselves to the airport. I liked the restaurant on-site and the laundry on-site. And the fishing hole that the kids and I went to bright and early. Oh, I loved everything about it!!! I dont' want to try somewhere new. But I may have to because we need Free Dining to afford the trip! lol Or we have to cut it much shorter.

We stayed there for 2 nights one year and the rooms and resort are nice. The biggest problem I have is that they are the only mod left with full size beds. I have heard they are going to refurb to queens but haven't heard when that will start. If you have kids, they have a great water play area for them.
We have stayed at every mod except POFQ and wanted to try it this time but since it wasn't included in promotion we went back to our favorite mod, CSR.

Hey can you see your reservations on Disney's website right away? I can't see mine. Does it take some time?

My cm made me log into MyDisneyExperience and check to make sure I could see it in there before we hung up.

Bummer CSR not available for my dates 9/19-9/28. Neither is ASSports. 2 rooms at POP was avail. But we chose WL. Our first choices were CS and POP. But WL was only going to be $100 more. So we chose deluxe baby!!! Our first time at a deluxe.

In a way I am not so worried since I already booked at CSR and just need to add the dining. If I have to hang up, maybe I will try again around 8 pm tonight. maybe things will have calmed down by then.

As much as I love Disney, got to work to go there!

Got my email but it has the wrong check in date (we added a day to make the FDing cut off). The correct one is listed on my Reservations page though....should I be concerned?
