Stay with it gang! I remember being in hold forever in Aug. I think I was on hold for 57 minutes. Don't hang if you are listening to music because when you call back you start all over. Good luck! Very excited for you all!

Phone call took 11 minutes and I updated two reservations to add free dining. Had to move to CSR (Standard View) from POR but I'm happy Hope everyone else has good luck today!

Hubby and I currently have the BB so I was able to call the BB number.

Disa Visa FD is a go. They did not ask for my pin.

Our BB offer (35% RO) is cheaper than FD for 2 at WL. We stuck with our BB.

I wasn't even placed on hold, a guy answered and got it right through. Said I was his first caller of the day. I had both phones dialing, and used 2 different numbers. I do think that the number I dialed was a travel agent number though.....so I'll be sure to mark that one out for next year as I don't want to take up their lines for single reservations.
