Yes and they were not responding. No voice prompts for me. Made me press buttons. Grrr...took forever. Just started playing music suddenly. I guess I'm in the queue.

Happened to me too. and lots of prompts (how many visits etc.) on hold now with winnie the pooh music! Pixie dust for everyone!!!!
