Free Dining 2012??? Feb???

I really want to go in late Feb and was wondering if FREE DINING is offered Jan, Feb or March. I know year to year... offers are not always to same year to year.
Wondering what is out there for that time of year. I soooooo want out of Michigan Snow in Feb..but want a deal too.

Any pointers or help... THANK YOU!

It was offered in 2011, except for President's week (unless you checked in a couple days earlier)
