So after calling this am and trying to change reservation and being talked out of it. I was told I had a pin that was blacked out for my dates of travel.
I called back anyway around 11am and added tickets to my resort only ressie, making it a package now. Had the CM check at that time again and was than told no pin associated with my email at all.
But CM insisted I watch mail, email, and website, and call back and add
my
free dining when I get it.

"When I get it" does that mean it is coming for sure???
After hours of reading these message boards and trying to figure out anyway to get a pin I decided to check my son or daughter's Disney accounts, using their emails.

When I was finally able to get the correct password for my son I signed into the website. And when I went up to Book Reservation it asked for the 15 digit pin, to continue.
This does not happen when I sign into Disney with my email. So I checked my son's email. No email.
So I called and the wonderful CM, was able to find the pin associated to my household under my son's email address quickly, but it took about another 40 minutes to connect it to my reservation.
But she was wonderful and helpful and willing to do what ever it took to get it done
I guess if I hadn't tried to Book a reservation under his email, I might not have ever known the pin was attached to his email.
