Yay! Got my reservation upgraded to FD w/ Deluxe Dining with no problems!

WOOHOO! Got through in 11 minutes. I made the ressie online first but didn't add the free dining (I didn't click on the special offers tab ) so I had to call anyway. They had to make me another new ressie. Got FW Cabins 9/5-9/13 with the free dining. Now I have to call back later to cancel that other ressie since the CM couldn't get to it for some reason. I didn't want to tie up the phone line!!

I am going to cry!! I've been on hold for 37 minutes, finally got ahold of a CM & than her line went dead!!!

Now I have to start over again....

I am so frustrated....

I had to talk DH into going in a few minutes late and getting the kids up and ready while I sit on hold! I was going to get off at 7:30 but now I'm scared since people are saying they can't even get back through. I've also been trying to get on the website since 7 and I can't! I've been on hold 40 min now!

I can't....I have to modify an existing ressie...

If you're careful with all the boxes, you can book without delay on their website. I got the "all circuits are busy" response when I dialed the first 5 times, and then was on hold "forever."

On-line, POP was not available around Labor Day weekend. I think I read that was an initial problem last year, and then they added rooms. I booked All Star Sports instead.

Called exactly at 7:01 am and was on hold for 35 mins.. Got ASMO my resort with my dates Sept 15-21 perferred room and I paid it all off in full. Whooo hoooo FREE DINING here we come.
