On phone, booking. YAY!
I was on hold for 58min, the CM answered and started making the changes, and she asked me to hold. Rather than put on hold, my call was disconnected![]()
So, I am starting all over![]()
That's terrible! I was on hold for 45 minutes (from my stupid landline phone) and the power went out, off went the cordless and the call was gone!! So, I'm with you, starting all over...![]()

74 mins. and counting - do you think it takes longer if you choose the option of modifying an existing reservations rather than making a new one?
My family is going in Sept. I have been watching this board for days. I am not a DVC holder. So I have to wait till Thursday. But I was wondering if you call alittle before 7am do you just go to on hold or do they have a recording telling you they are not open yet?
