I was on hold for 58min, the CM answered and started making the changes, and she asked me to hold. Rather than put on hold, my call was disconnected

So, I am starting all over

That's terrible! I was on hold for 45 minutes (from my stupid landline phone) and the power went out, off went the cordless and the call was gone!! So, I'm with you, starting all over...

I used the "Free Dining Code CMK" That's what I said. It covered all the bases.

My CM was really nice. She even noticed that I didn't have my Magical Express on my reservations yet. So we added that too.

Oh my gosh. I got off the phone and started crying with happiness.

We used AYI, for DxDDP. In case anyone wants that one! Also, they only asked me for the first 8 digits of the DV, and also did not take an additional deposit as the initial one was paid on the DV. (I actually had forgotten the DV at home and had to turn around on the way to work while I was on "Hold"!-Had my existing confirm # and my Code, stupid me forgot the VISA!!! Totally worth being late to work though!!!

I just got off the phone with CM Mitchell . He was very nice and helpful.
Since my first ressie was made with AAA they have to cancel it. I had to make a whole new ressie. Got POP preferred room Sept 2- Sept 7 with free dining and 1 day park base ticket and insurance. WOW what a bargain. Good Luck to all!
I was on hold 65 minutes!!!
And yes I will never travel without the insurance. If you ever had to use it , it is worth its weight in Gold. It was a life saver for me.

I would suggest insurance, but I don't purchase the disney travel insurance. It is too expensive for what it covers. I purchased last year from AIG and it was $76 for a family of four and offered more coverage than the Disney insurance.

My family is going in Sept. I have been watching this board for days. I am not a DVC holder. So I have to wait till Thursday. But I was wondering if you call alittle before 7am do you just go to on hold or do they have a recording telling you they are not open yet?

I chose the option of modifying my reservation and I was on hold approx 40 minutes.

My family is going in Sept. I have been watching this board for days. I am not a DVC holder. So I have to wait till Thursday. But I was wondering if you call alittle before 7am do you just go to on hold or do they have a recording telling you they are not open yet?

I kept getting a recording saying that they were closed and to call back.
