Everything has a begining and an end. Some are less apparent than others, but - a sale/promotion/offer which is advertised as being effective/starting on a given date is providing sufficient information to interested parties. The provider is NOT also obligated to expand the availability because the existing conditions don't please a potential customer. It is actually unfair, allowing it at one end of the spectrum and not the other.

They are not obligated to do anything. I would rather Disney not offer free dining. It brings more crowds due to the fact many families would not be able to afford it otherwise. However, if they state the promo goes through 9/27, that is when it should end. It should not go past that date even if you checked in on 9/26.
I would suggest that nobody else respond to his comments. Let nature take it's course.

Yet a few pages back you were wondering why you need to make 2 ressie in order to get the free dining. So you are talking about yourself in your post, right? Not anybody else.!
I cant believe I am the first to post this. My Mom is a travel agent. She recieved an email this morning from her Disney Rep. Here are the details for 2008 Free Dining. 08/24/08 - 09/20/08. Disney Visa holders can book on 04/07/08 with code AYG...General public opens up on 04/10/08...sorry she didnt give me hte code for this one, as I have been waiting for the Disney visa code.
Good Luck to all.
