Free DDP and table service availability

I'm at the World right now and have noticed that none of the Park dining is accepting walk-ins. They even put a sign up at MK stating there was no table service dining available for the day so please visit our counter service locations. I did however see a family walk into Jiko.

They had that sign up at MK and Epcot while we were there about no availability for table service meals.

I went to the Plaza Restaurant today at about 1:30pm as a single and was told they could seat me in about 45 minutes, so I went to Pecos Bill's instead.
