HI!

On the first day that we're planning on going to Disney World we have either the Halloween party or the Christmas party event (two different trip possibilities).
My question is... if we go to whichever of the two late night event...
----What can we do on that second day, if we can't go to a park? :confused3
Besides Downtown Disney?
We're going to be a family of:
Mom
2 young ladies-20+ year olds
2 kids= 8 & 6

Help?

:confused3 Not real sure of the circumstance? why can you not goto the parks. Can help if your just a bit more clear.

Sorry:sad2:

Oh wait i got ya, your going for two days and either going in October time frame or December time frame and you need something to do the next day because you are only getting a ticket for the party is that correct?

If so where you wanting something to do on property or off?

Oops!
I apologize for not fully explaining myself.
ok... we are wondering...
after the MNSSHP or MVMCP
We'll probably go to sleep at 1-2am.
So, on the next day I'm thinking we'll probably not go early to a park.
So
Our options are a late entrance to another park
or
... some other activity
And that's my question: what can we do on that day (day after the late party) if we decide not to go to another park??
What is something we can do outside of the parks?
Besides Downtown Disney...?

Did that make sense? Lol
Ps, the kids are 6&8.

You could go to Boardwalk and rent one of the bicycles..If you go during the xmas one you could go and check out the resorts for xmas decorations, esp Wilderness Lodge...You could go to DTD and watch a movie or DQ..If you wanted to leave property, well there is a ton of stuff, Orlandos Mall, Universal, Sea World and many, many more things..You cannot get bored in Orlando LOL

So given the time of year, water parks or hanging by your resort pool is probably out...:lmao:

Touring around some of the deluxe resorts (monorails, WL, AKL) would be great. The decorations are fabulous.

Would anyone enjoy minigolf?

POR does carriage rides in the evening. I've heard people say they love to grab a hot chocolate and take the leisurely ride (I believe they provide a lap blanket)

Someone else has already mentioned Disney Quest.

Several of the resorts have bike rentals, including Surreys and tandems, that you can ride around the resort grounds.

Most of the resort have Arcades.

Fort Wilderness offers horseback rides, pony rides and wagon rides.

.

I don't know, it can be VERY hot in October. December can have some decent swimming days too. Although, I probably wouldn't count on it!

We always find plenty to do without going to the parks. We just like hanging around the resorts and relaxing.

Hmmm lets see I had some things in Mind but 6&8, I would suggest one of two things I think that are free ....

BEACH DAY :cool1:

We drove to the beach and spent a day last October and it was awesome!:thumbsup2

But Like Someone else suggested at Christmas the Resorts could be a filling day, all the decorations and stuff mat be cool for the kids for a while anyway.

We were always able to swim in October, not sure about December.
