If your dates overlap with another swapper, you can arrange a personal handoff and keep the fridge out of storage. If you are unable to swap the fridge in person with the swapper directly before you, the fridge will be held at luggage services. If we put your full name, confirmation #, and check in date on the box when it's taken to luggage services, there is much less chance it will get lost in the shuffle. We want to make sure we have as much info. as possible to put on the box so that Pop can find the box and you can use it. And in turn the swap can keep going. Once the fridge is lost (and it does happen) the swap is over and everyone that has signed up after you is out of luck.

Goes to the Luggage Check-in place.
They will give you a claim ticket for it.
Please be sure to keep it.
Another Frig was lost from another swap and because they
had the claim ticket they were able to get a free replacement.

I have the May 20th-25th on hold for someone. Let's hope it works out. It looks like the fridge will be going into storage right before you for 1 day, nifferdo leaves on 2nd and you start on the 4th. The box will be well decorated with Nemo and friends and should be well marked with swap info and yours.

Can the claim ticket info. be left at the check-in desk
in an envelope for the next swapper.
With their name and ressie #.

Do they take messages for guests?

Mostly for if there is a larger gap?

I have done that for corp. events I have planned. I leave tickets at the front desk with guests name/arrival date and haven't had any problems so far.

I would suggest asking the front desk to make a copy of the claim ticket just in case.

I will leave VERY specific instructions. Please pm me your full name, cell phone number, arrival date/time and confirmation number and I will add all of that to the box to ensure that it gets held for you (if no one takes it the 2 - 4).
