ok, here is what Mybabesuz and I decided was the best course of action for the swap. I have asked the next swapper, Cibahwewah to get Nemo from LS and ask them to remove the cord and label and UPS them to me so I can send with the receipt to the manufacturer for replacement. Since the fridge is not working it does not make sense to wait until Feb to replace. Cibahwewah will then put all of the extra items for the swap back in the box and have LS hold for kami2199 who arrives on 2/14. Hopefully, Nemo2 will be at POP by then.
I have contacted the green/pink fridge swap leader since they are open for the next 11 days so that will cover most of the next 2 swappers time at POP to see if they can use the pink fridge. So no one will go without a fridge.
Hopefully, the above is ok with the swappers. We felt that if the manufacturer was willing to replace Nemo for just the S&H fee it was the best thing to do for everyone signed up to use it.

I apologize to Cibahwewah and Robincorn for the inconvenience but hopefully the pink fridge will be there for you instead.
