Free Apps for iPhone,ipod Touch and ipad and FREE Music downloads

I am debating on getting an itouch. What happens it you have no access to wi-fi? Can you still access the calender? Is it stored on the itouch? Basically I want to program my itenirary in it. Will this be possible

You wont be disappointed with an itouch. i have one myself and i can say that it is fantastic, even without the wifi. i connect my ipod with my wireless internet at home but when im away it is still great! a lot of apps(unless otherwise stated) can be used without the wifi.

and the calendar will work just fine without wifi(it doesnt need it). u can surely plan and put your itenirary in there with no problem! everything is stored in there (if u save it of course lol)

Son is getting an Itouch for Christmas. Hubby just bought himself a Macbook as an early Christmas present. Are these free games something we can download to the Macbook then transfer to the Itouch? We are new to Mac.

Yes! you can... download iTunes and create an account.

I knew I would be getting an iPhone for when I found this thread. I never thought to (or knew I could) get the apps before the phone. It gave me a nice head start on the free apps!!

And Santa came early I love my iPhone

Like Sluggozmom said no need to open the ipod now just download itunes and start downloading apps, that is the reason I started this thread. Reading all the threads of fellow budget boarders getting them for Christmas or giving them as gifts I thought it would be a great thread.

Since a lot of apps are only available for free for a day sometimes only a few hours it gives those without their ipod yet the opportunity to get the free apps now.

So download itunes and get busy

You also download all the free music being offered right now so don't forget that.

I have maybe 60 apps and they only take up 2 gigs I believe... download the free apps, you can choose which apps actually load onto your touch/phone

Hey you can never have too many apps!!!

the ipod Touch will show up to 9 pages of 16 and the iPhone 11 pages of 16 you can store more and use the search to access the others or store them in itunes until you need them.

I have downloaded a bunch of travel apps that I have stored in iTunes so when I need them I will transfer them over.

I usually just download any that I think I may need in the future and most of the games.

Not all apps are good so once you transfer them to your device try them out and remove the ones you don't care for.

scroll over them and an X will appear click on that or go to your device in itunes(device must be connected to computer) then applications then uncheck and sync.
