Free AP for under 7's - extended ???

Does anyone know whether the offer of a free under 7 AP when buying an adult AP has been extended as the French website stills states until 04/04/2008 ?

I have tried calling the AP office 00 33 1 60 30 60 69 but all options are in French - I tried pressing 1 to 4 and each time I get cut off.
