Sorry, the only September dates we have open are 16th thru 19th. Check out the Swap Sticky at the top of the Budget boards as they list all current swaps and the contact info. I believe "Joey" has started another Movies Swap.

Sooooo, I have put you down for picking up the fridge on December 1 and swapping it on December 8.

I will need the 1st and last name of the reservation as well as the reservation number as the person before you will write your name/info on the fridge box.

The person using the fridge before you will leave it at luggage storage desk and that is where you will ask for it and pick it up (they can deliver it to your room). When you check out you write the next swappers Name, Check-in Date and Reservation number on a new stick on label and cover up your sticker with the new one. And so on.

Well, only part of you parents dates are open in our swap: August 5-12. If you go to the budget boards there is a sticky at the top with all of the swaps listed and there might be one that has all of their dates available.

If they were interested in only the 5-12, that would be fine too BUT the fridge would have to be returned to the luggage/bell desk the morning of the 12th as the next user is checking-in that day.

Let me know if you are still interested. Be sure to check out the other swaps on the budget boards too as their might be a complete opening in a different All Star swap.

No cost involved

Previous users are reporting 2 scenarios for locating the fridge. 1.) They find that it was delivered to their room automatically or 2.) they have to ask for a package/box at the luggage storage desk and then have it delivered to the room or borrow a luggage cart and trasnport it themselves.

If you would like to sign your parents up for the 5-12, please email me the name of their reservation, their check-in date and reservation number to eeyoregon@aol.com along with a way that I can get in touch with them to give them any information regarding the next user.

Be sure and let me know if you want the fridge for your folks no later than July 23 so that I have time to pass their information onto the swapper before them.

It is very important that they understand that the fridge will need to be returned to luggage/package storage the morning of August 12. I have the next swappers information to give to your parents.
