Drats! Void in NJ - wonder why? I know we are only one of two remaining states (Oregon is the other) that do not allow the public to pump their own gas - all of our pumps are full service. I thought that might be the reason, but since OR participates, and MD and HI are void also, I'm assuming it's some dumb politically based reasoning!
