Free 4 All?

Hey, this is my first time posting! We are planning out first trip to universal this May 31 - June 4. We are staying at the HRH. We did the free 4 all package. My husband, myself, DS 13, and DD 9. The price is 1164.22 and 99.00 for my sons ticket. Total around $1264.
Is there anybody else doing the free 4 all package? Do you think this is a good deal?

Depends on what the rate for HRH is for those dates. Do you get a food deal with this also? If so i would think its a good deal. If not , it probably is around what you would have paid for a room plus the internet special on tickets.

You can get a standard room for those dates for 207$ 20% discount internet special. 200$ for tickets, so if theres any food included its probably a good deal.

Why the 99$ for your sons ticket? Is it because hes too old for childs ticket? It seems like you ought to be able to upgrade it for way less than 99$.

Thanks for you help. I believe I am going to check into getting a better rate. I have been reading these boards for about 2 years when I was planning my last Disney trip and it has soo much information!

i just went to that option and came up with 1351 but taking off the travel insurance of $200 would make it 1151.

its the room and tickets for the family. 4 nights at hrh and tickets for 5 days.

when i first read that it looks like 899 for the basic package on site and 549 for the off site holiday inn.

they add the tickets into that package, no food included.


i think its a good deal if it really comes to the 1200 for the 4 nights/5 days.
that would be a 316 charge per night for the family, room and tickets for 4

the kids are at a junior rate so i assume thats the added charge.

unless i am reading the chart wrong, you did good. i skimmed over it and did not read it all so i hope you get the price that you stated.

i went to the special promo page for the family free 4.

i have not seen this special in the past years except the stay 3 nights get a 4th free.

usually the packages are not to your advantage.
like lindalinda posted, depending on the time of year wil make the difference of hotel cost.

rph is cheaper than hrh all the time.


if you can get the room for $150/night and buy the 5 day pass $99 for all, you would be cheaper NOT doing that package and just buy separate.

you would be under $1090 (including tax) easily, way easily.....

We have this package for Feb vacation but there are no lower rates at that time because it's President's week. I would book it and keep checking. I was finally able to get the entertainment rate but it was still more than the package. We only have one child the others are teens and I am planning on taking the 2nd child's ticket and upgrading. I've been told upgrading to adult should only be about $10.00.
