Free 3 day ticket for Military ?

I see that Universal us offering a free 3 day ticket for both Universal Parks. DH {retired military} and I are going to WDW the week after Thanksgiving, doing parks, a day in St. Augustine, and more. Would love to go to Harry Potter again. The info says tickets may be purchased at ITT or Leisure Travel Ticket Offices. Does anyone know if these tickets may be purchased @ Shades of Green? If not, will have to see where the nearest ITT or LTTO is from where we live.

yes they can be bought at Shades

note the MEMBER gets a free ticket and "anyone with Military Installation photo ID access . . . " can buy 2 day plus one tickets - altho they don't say what the rate is as compared to normal.

I was there last week and confirmed that you can get them at the ticket window. They said they put that on the flyer in hopes of cutting down on the traffic to the guest services windows as the lines are long enough now.
