free 2 way radios in Canada?

On the budget board, someone has posted that Nissan is giving away free 2 way radios if you test drive a certain car. This is an advertisement for the states, but does anybody know if they are doing the same promotion in Canada anywhere? I don't think so....I checked Canadian Nissan's web site and didn't see it there.
