Kellie- how are you feeling???

I am okay very bored. I just want the DRS to do what they need to and get me back to normal. (well as normal as I can be:lmao: )
But the infection does not seem to be clearing up any at all. If they give me one more pill to take I am going to lose it

Here is our new addition!

DD named him Toulouse from The Aristocats. He's very affectionate but has been keeping us awake more than I would like.:lmao: Hopefully it's not a permanent thing. BTW, he does not have red eyes-they are a very light blue.

Marna the kitty is cute. As for the keeping you up trying letting him sleep in the room with someone. Our cat was like this. We had him come in the bedroom with me and John and he was fine. After a few weeks he was good to go on his own. Now he just goes and sleeps when ever and where evere he wants:lmao: He is the king of the world

Unfortunately, that is the problem. We are letting him stay in our room at night. He'll sleep for a little bit and then want to play or climb on my head and play in my hair.:scared1: He likes digging his little claws into tender areas when we are fast asleep as well!:lmao:

Marna OMG- Toulouse is adorable!

So tell us the story- where did you get him?? How old is he?

As far as keeping you up at night- I know mom sometimes complains (complains, but all the while, laughing about it) that one if not both of her kitties keep her up at night- b/c they sleep all day:lmao:

Her cats will actually try and open the cabinet doors in the kitchen and bathroom! Once and while they will get it, but most of the time all she will heard in the middle of the night is, bang, bang, bang- :lmao: b/c they can't open it.

And when Toulouse does sleep he may end up on your head in the morning! Mom's one cat does that to her all the time. He will steal her pillow too.

But you will not have a dull moment with a kitten- that is for sure!:lmao:

He will mellow out with age. And then just be crazy in a good way:thumbsup2

He is just looking to cuddle up like he did with mom. after he feels safe in the house he will be okay.

My cat is insane. He thinks he is a dog. We never know what he is going to do. When Shaunna comes home from college he snubs her for a couple of weeks then he attacks her. Now he loves her. He hates when you leave him.

John has him trained to fetch his slippers. He said next he is going to teach him to fetch a beer.:lmao: I told John no because he would try to open the old fridge. :lmao:

Marna do not do what I did. Gato was so little when we got him. (I think to young to be away from mom) So I used to rock him to sleep. And now he still looks for me to do it.

awwwwww!!! But I BET you love every minute of it!;)

Mom is the same way- she will complain about something they do- so I tell her how to fix the problem- but she doesn't, b/c deep down, I think she loves when they are "bad"- They certainly keep you laughing!

I do love it. He is so my baby. But sometimes he drives me nuts. I told John I would love to take a shower with out the cat either in the shower with me or flippin out outside the door if I sneak in on him. :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

:lmao: When mom used to live with us- her one cat would somehow KNOW when you were getting in the shower! She would RUN and beat me into the bathroom- and she would have to sit between the 2 shower curtians the entire time I was taking a shower!:rotfl2:

He is 8 weeks old and we got him from a friend of my mom's. We were hoping for a girl kitty but all they had were boys and we couldn't resist. I am so hoping he doesn't get spoiled by sleeping with us because DH and I REALLY REALLY do not like sleeping with critters.:confused3 I don't mind them being in my room but do not like them in bed with me. DD says he can sleep with her but he is so tiny right now that I would be afraid she would accidentally hurt him.:sad2:

Madd-OT here but I thought your mom moved in with you. What happened?:confused3 Did I miss a story somewhere?

:lmao: Marna when I was telling that story- I thought- some people will think I am crazy and can't get my stories straight:rotfl2:

OK- she lived with us for a few years starting in '95.

She then got her own place for about 10 years and she is now living with us again in the MIL suite we built. So there was a lull there without mom :lmao:

It is a long, long story you might remember me telling all the wenches on the other side about my mean, evil  brother who is living in her house and won't leave. She cannot get along with him- a lot of verbal abuse ....LONG STORY!

Oh yeah, I definately remember the mean brother story. And I remember you recently building her suite. That's why I couldn't understand that she had already moved out.:confused3 I was thinking "Dang, they sure did a lot of work for her to move in just for a month or so!":lmao:

okay DH just got 6 callaway golf balls in the mail. He was like a kid at christmas.:lmao:
He always says how he gets no freebies. Not sure who posted it but thanks

My family lovessss kitties!! But they turn into full size, "run the household" cats! ;)

We had cats coming out of our ears and gave some away....now we are down to 5 cats and they are all outdoors. They keep the gophers from chewing up our lawn and keep mice away year 'round...which we really appreciate since we keep alot of grain and hay through the winter.

We gave one young cat/older kitten away to a family at least 3 miles away from us and the following week he was back with the rest of the cats out in the barn!! :scratchin He would have crossed a 55 mph roadway and walked acres and acres of open fields to get back here...but, back he was!! The family called DH and reported the cat was missing and DH had to tell them we had it. They didn't say too much and I always wondered if they thought we stole the cat back. They never asked for him or a replacement! :confused3 Goofball kitties!! :rotfl:

Kellie...what's the news from the doctors!? When are they gonna get their surgical masks in gear!?? ;)

Just got our first issue of the TV Guide freebie. I have redeemed myself in DS12's eyes- they had sneak fall peeks and Heroes was in it. :cool1:

everyone must be busy.
I am still in the hold pattern with the DRS. They want the infectoin to clear up some before they open me up but that is not working out.
My stomach can not handle the pills anymore so hopefuly they tell me by the end of the week what is the plan.

But on a good note John has a job interveiw on Friday:cool1:cool1: :   :dance3: :dance3: :woohoo: :woohoo:
