I have to share this b/c I have never read anything like this before!

A wench friend of mine ordered a CD online- this is the e-mail she received from them letting her know her CD has been shipped............


Your CD has been gently taken from our CD Baby shelves with
sterilized contamination-free gloves and placed onto a satin pillow.

A team of 50 employees inspected your CD and polished it to make sure
it was in the best possible condition before mailing.

Our packing specialist from Japan lit a candle and a hush fell over
the crowd as he put your CD into the finest gold-lined box that money
can buy.

We all had a wonderful celebration afterwards and the whole party
marched down the street to the post office where the entire town of
Portland waved "Bon Voyage!" to your package, on its way to you, in
our private CD Baby jet on this day, Wednesday, December 12th.

I hope you had a wonderful time shopping at CD Baby. We sure did.
Your picture is on our wall as "Customer of the Year." We're all
exhausted but can't wait for you to come back to CDBABY.COM!!

DH and I were in NYC not long after this show ran and he went and got soup for us while we stood in line for Letterman...it was fantastic!! I was afraid to go, but DH wasn't...

It's 11:38PM and I am baking cookies

I figure I'll send the kiddo's to school tomorrow with fresh cookies for snack/lunch dessert & it will help keep the house toasty warm too Tomorrow night we are expecting 6-9 inches of snow Although I say bring it on....I'm dreaming of a White Christmas

freezer story: My DH's family kept a freezer of meat in the basement, where they rarely went. Anyway, one day MIL goes down to get some meat out and notices the freezer seems to be quiet (not making the normal humming noise.) She opens it up and WHOOSH--out comes the nastiest smell. Upon closer inspection, she finds maggots EVERYWHERE. Yep, the freezer had died and resurrected the frozen life in the freezer.
They had to haul that sucker up outta the basement and burn it. DH said the smell lasted for months.
Blech.

Everybody must be so busy this week! I am just posting to keep this thread on page 1....

We're leaving tomorrow morning to drive over to Billings. It is on the other side of the state and I expect it will take all day to get over there. If nothing else, it should be an interesting weekend. Only interesting...no where near as desirable as getting to WDW!

It won't take you all day, that's why they made the speed limit "REASONABLE AND PRUDENT".

Did y'all know that up until a few years ago..Montana's unposted speed limit on the Interstate was "reasonable and prudent"? So really, you could go as fast as you wanted, as long as a cop didn't think it was too fast...Now I think it's 80...is it mtblujeans?

Regarding pics at Disney...I think they should install streaming cameras like they have in the keys! Then we could all drag our families over to the cameras and wave at our fellow Freaps and Meaps! Can't you just pictures us holding up signs like on the Today show!

Well good freebie day. I got so many things. I do not even rember signing up for some of them I think someone needs to get me a bigger mail box for Christmas. I do not like it when my freebies are hang out of my mail box.
But on a bad note DH has been on the road since 2:00 trying to get home. It is normally a 40 minute ride for him. He is going to try and make it to DD college and crash there tonight. I do not think he is happy.
