Thanks everyone. I have that appt at 11:15 and then I have to drive an hour to my oncologist who I just happen to have a checkup with today. I won't be home until late afternoon or early evening but I will definitely post an update. Keep on praying. I'm a shaking, nervous woman.

Well, it didn't exactly go well. I had another mammogram and sure enough, something showed up. Then I had an ultrasound and the Dr came in and checked it out. He told me I need to have a needle biopsy. I'm scheduled for next Tuesday, 5 days before I leave for vacation. So, looks like I'll get the results either while on vacation or after I get back.

I'm not happy about what's going on, obviously, but I'm not going to let it get me down. I can't change it, it is what it is. I'm just going to deal with it as it comes. I'd REALLY appreciate any prayers you could offer!!!!

Well, it didn't exactly go well. I had another mammogram and sure enough, something showed up. Then I had an ultrasound and the Dr came in and checked it out. He told me I need to have a needle biopsy. I'm scheduled for next Tuesday, 5 days before I leave for vacation. So, looks like I'll get the results either while on vacation or after I get back.

I'm not happy about what's going on, obviously, but I'm not going to let it get me down. I can't change it, it is what it is. I'm just going to deal with it as it comes. I'd REALLY appreciate any prayers you could offer!!!!

I went through the same thing when I was pregnant with DD. I couldn't have a mammogram because I was pregnant, so I had an ultrasound and then a needle biopsy. Everything was fine, but I sure was a wreck until I got the results back. I hope you get the same results I did

I know it will be hard but try to enjoy your vacation as much as possible. Maybe do something extra special that you would not ordinarily do. This time with your family can help as you await your results.

I've had needle biopsies twice and thankfully they turned out to be ok. Of course, I was nervous till I had the results. I am wishing that everything turns out well for you!
Don't let it get you down and make sure that you enjoy your vacation, the best that you can. It will be good for you.
