Hello. Recently, I was given a plate from The Franklin Mint. It's part of the series of "Flower Festivals of the Imperial Court." I've been trying to research this to find the value, but I haven't had any luck at all. It's so frustrating! Does anyone have any suggestions? I appreciate any tips or suggestions Thanks
