My kids love the Frankenweenie movie. Has anyone seen Frankenweenie items or characters during Halloweentime at either park? We are visiting in a couple of weeks.

If you are looking for plush figures, like Sparky or Persephone, check World of Disney (in Downtown Disney), or in DCA, the store(with plush, books, games, etc.) on the lefthand side of Buena Vista Street(as you enter)!

If you are looking for items other than that, I don't know--I always notice the plush, for some reason.

Yes, plush is what I'm looking for. So far, I haven't found any at our local Disney store or online, only Ebay. I will check there, thanks!

Last year they had Sparky's grave at the Haunted Mansion. I didn't notice it when we were there last month.

DD got a Weird Girl t-shirt last year at a store in DTD, can't remember which one - wasn't World of Disney though.

We were at the parks last year right when the movie came out and couldbt find Sparky plush anywhere! We had promised it so when we got home we searched online. We found one at Toys r Us. Also, we had seen some at Hot Topic if you have one of those stores try them b/c they always carry goth type stuff. They always have Jack S. stuff too.

Last year they had Frankenwenie things during Halloweentime, but I think that was because the movie just came out. They were also doing the preview over at the Muppets theater. I haven't heard about any plans to bring that back this year. As others have said, you might find some remnant stuff around the parks/DTD, but I would expect to see large displays anymore (I don't recall seeing any in February).

The most likely stores would be the Nightmare store in NOS (just because it kind of fits with the style/look) and the World of Disney in DTD. You might ask about Frankenweenie plush over on the Halloween Superthread. Several frequent posters just got back from going for the Friday the 13th event and might have seen/noticed if there were any Frankenweenie items.

The animation academy had a Sparky and Victor drawing class, they might have them featured again this fall?

Just wanted to update...last week we were able to find Sparky plush at Elias (?) store in DCA, which was totally unplanned. My daughter had a bathroom accident and needed new underwear and pants, and while we were in the store she spotted Sparky! This totally made her feel better about the accident.
Then after we watched the Aladdin show, we were able to participate in drawing Sparky (the only one offered that day) at Animation Academy! We also looked for Sparky's grave carefully at Haunted Mansion, but couldn't see it. Thanks everyone for your help in finding the elusive Frankenweenie!

Glad you found sparky!! I did not know that his grave was at HM. Does anyone know where to look?

A little late, but I just saw a Sparky wristwatch at the Emporium, so I guess there are still some things around the parks.
