OMG! Before leaving for Aruba (woohoo!) last week I dropped off my DH's Star Wars Weekends Lithograph and pins at a local framing place (as a surprize for DH's birthday next week) WELLL I stopped on my way home from work last night to pick it up and they did an UNBELIEVABLE JOB! They double matted the whole thing in purple with a small edge of gold with the pins evenly spaced down the left side of the litho. (they cut 2 holes in the mat--one big rectangle for the litho and then a long skinny opening for the pins) the pins are mounted on a black background which really brings out the gold and purple in the pins. DH is going to LOVE it! I wish I had a digital camera to be able to post a picture here... After I give hime the gift next week I will take an "old fashioned" pic and post it. I am just tickled. I feel just like Nat with my first set of framed pins!!
