Fraggle Rock movie

I've been hearing that Fraggle Rock will be a new movie reminscent of the recent Chipmunks and Smurfs movies.

There was new news about it a week ago and it's much bigger than what you wrote and contradicts it too.

Even though its not Disney. My kids have gotten more into Fraggle Rock via you tube and the HUB channel this past summer so I know they will be happy to hear of this (if true)

They're at least a distant cousin of the muppets(which is owned by disney).
