 Hello All! This will be my family's second trip to the world. We went last October and had a blast. Landon (DS) was only 6 months at the time, but I know he loved it. This time around he will be 17 months and I know he will have a ball. My DW and I just love the "magic" feel of disney. First off, let me introduce the cast :)

My name is Chris. I'm 25 and a Deputy Sheriff. This will actually be my 3rd visit to WDW. The first time I went I was 4 and don't remember a whole lot. The second time I went was last October. We stayed at the Pop Century. My favorite park is Epcot and MK. My favorite is Soarin, I am terrified of heights but love this ride. My second love is airplanes, I love airplanes and everything about them.

My wife is Jenny. She's an RN and works in the ICU. This will be her 2nd trip. Her first time was last October. She loves the AK. The safari ride was her favorite. She is an awesome wife and mother. I love watching her "be a mom" to DS.

Lastly, is Landon. He is our 15 month old son. This will be his 2nd time as well. Last October he was only 6 months old, but he loved Aladdin's Carpet Ride. It was so much fun watching him with all the characters.

When and Where

We are going September 12th - 20th. We were going the 13-20 but decided to ad an extra day. So we are now going the 12th-20th. The 12th we will be staying off site at the Raddison. Then saturday the 13th we will check-in at the POFQ early and get our tickets to go to the park. My wife decided on the AK. I told you she loves this park. We also were able to get free dining the 13th-20th so stay tuned for updates and our ADR's!

Hi everyone! This is Jenny. The wife of FPtigger. I'm sitting here at work and thought i'd tell ya'll a little bit about my family. :) Let's see...where should I begin.... I met my husband when I was 17 and he was 16. We met through a mutual friend one night at Sidelines Bar and Grill. We both attended the same church as well. Soon after we met we began dating. We dated for 6 1/2 years before we got married. We've been married for almost 2 1/2 years now. Before we got married I graduated from college with a degree in nursing and Chris became a sheriff's deputy for a local county. We bought our house and then a month later we were married  That was in 2005. Jump 2 years later and we are now proud parents of a little boy. His name is Landon and he was born last April. He has completed our family. I am head over heels in love with this little person. I know my husband is too. I can't wait to have more babies. Needless to say I LOVE BEING A MOMMY! I truly believe that is why I was put on this earth. Anyway, that's just a little bit about us..... I'm sure i'll be writing a lot more in the future.

Too precious!
The WL looks so beautiful (never been lucky enough to stay). I'm sure you all will have a blast.

When my son was about 10 months old, we took him to DW. He loved the Lion King show at AK! It's a great show and my son loved the drums and the colorful costumes. I hear that the new "Finding Nemo" show at AK is awesome! My son is almost 5 years old and we are going to celebrate his 5th birthday at WDW!:cool1: The muppet show at MGM is great- as well lots of laughs as well the cool Fantasmic at MK! Such a great age to take kids to WDW. Get them started early! Have a great time. Be sure to give us your trip report when you get back!!!:wizard:

OK ok ok, well I have come up with a rough schedule:thumbsup2

Sat 9/13= Arrive around 2ish, rest some, swim a little then head to dinner ( not sure where yet)

Sun 9/14= MK, we like to get there early enough for rope drop. Stay there till 11am or so, go back to resort, sleep, go back to MK and eat at LTT for dinner.

Mon 9/15= Epcot. Arrive early, ride the "must" rides go back to resort and sleep, go back to Epcot and eat at Le Cellier(sp) for dinner.

Tuesday 9/16= MGM or whatever it is called lol, only stay till around 2pm, go back to resort, chill out then eat some where for dinner.

Wed 9/17= AK, we didnt really get a chance to explore this park last time, so we plan onstaying all day and see what it has to offer. Still no plans for dinner

Thur 9/18= MK again. Same thing basically.

Fri 9/19= Epcot with dinner at the Coral Reef.

This is very rough and things will change. Later gator's

I will now post some updated pics of the peeps

First set of pics is of us putting up our "easter egg" tree. We have always out these up at Jen's Grandmothers house and we decided to do it to our one tree lol.

Nice trip report so far. I am going to be arriving the day after you leave. You have a nice list of places to eat. For your open MK day, have you ever tried Kona Cafe? It is pretty good place to eat and only a monorail ride away from the MK.

We have never tried Kona, but I think we will the menu looks great. Thanks for the suggestion, it will work out perfect we can just hop on the monorail to eat then hop on it and go back and watch the parade and fireworks. PERFECT. Thanks again.:thumbsup2

Now a question for the people with "little one's". We took our own stroller last year, and I really liked doing that. So this year we plan to do the same. The only problem is DS's stroller is for infants and he will be 18 months. Does anyone have any suggestions on a under $100 stoller? Thnaks

Chris:surfweb:

Glad to hear you are going with Kona. I think they have a wide variety of choice on their menu. Enough to make everyone happy. Good luck with your ADR's tomorrow morning. Let us know how you make out.

As for the stroller, sorry I don't have any recommendations for under a $100. Last year, however, my sister bought one of those Maclaren's for my nieces. Let me tell you I love that thing. It is so light and easy to manuever and fold up. They are pretty expensive though. My sister actually got hers for, I think, $70 or something. It was on sale at Babies R Us plus she had a cupon. I would watch the budget board and families board for stroller deals. People are always letting one another know about deals. Sometimes you have to move quickly on them.

Make sure you check up on your ADRs as it gets closer to your trip. Ours were completely messed up when we called to add one and luckily we were able to redo them, but it would have been awful if we hadn't found out!

You guys are such an adorable family! :goodvibes Our youngest will be 22 months when we go in August. We're eating at Coral Reef, Whispering Canyon, and we are doing Kona on one of our MK days. I'm excited to read more!!! :thumbsup2

Thank you, we are very blessed. We have had our up's and down's (way down) but we are great. I am looking for ONE more TS on wed, we will be at the AK so I am thinking about the RFC.
