FP with large group Christmas Week

My family of 11 has been to WDW many times together and once Christmas week- but this is our first trip using FP+. Our 60 day mark is at the end of this week and I am a little nervous about it.
First- We have linked all of our group together- we have 3 separate rooms/packages. I can see all of the family members and their tickets on MDE and we have 3 different 'leaders' who can make/change reservations. However, when I go to the FP page- which I can't make yet I know- it only shows me. I have read up on this and I remember reading a while back that this was common- still common? That part makes me very nervous.
Any tips on making FP+ for this many people? Copying/pasting the actual FP or anything like that?

Second part of my questions- any advice on FP Christmas week? We definitely plan to be at rope drop every morning at 7am/8am- we are rope drop people and learned last Christmas week trip that this was a must. We are debating when to make our FP reservations though. We have some lunch reservations so we are wondering if we should start them about 10ish and get all 3 in before lunch- hoping to get some lesser rides maybe after lunch on FP? or maybe finish them by 1pm- anyone with Christmas week experience last year with FP+ would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys- appreciate all help in advance. I know there are a million FP+ questions- we are just nervous about it with this being our first trip since FP+ and such a busy week- we know there won't be much wiggle room to change the big rides.

the FP will open up automatically at the 60 day window (if you are onsite) I would do FP for after lunch and get in all those rides in the early AM before the masses arrive

Thanks- we are onsite so I am counting on them magically opening up. I'm just a little OCD about this kind of stuff so not seeing those names is driving me crazy- lol

The thing that scares me about the times for my FP is that when we were there at Christmas week last time- parks were packed to the gill by 10:30am. We walked on rides from 7am till maybe 9am and then the masses were there by 11am. Wondering if there would even be anything left after lunch. Wish I could look back at last year's FP availability by the hour-

Seemed like everyday around 10 it was jam packed but we rode everything in our touring plan before 10 with out a FP! We also had a group of 7 with 2 rooms an everything came available with no issues on the 60 day mark! We are also going this yr same time!! Good Luck!

All major rides no FP were available after are first 3! Some non popular rides were so there will always be something u can grab!
