FP+ with 1 Pregnant Guest

We haven't been to WDW since 2010 and I've done lots of reading about FP+. Our window opens in a few days and I'm still unclear how to reserve for our group of 6, 1 of whom is pregnant. The remaining 5 will ride things she can't, so she won't need as many FP+s. Is it best to just book the 5 I need and leave her without or just book all 6 and she won't actually ride. She'll ride what she can, so I'll reserve some things for 6.

I was preg on our last trip. I just booked the same FP+ for our whole party, including myself, to make everything easier. It was easy to change individual FP+ later (including in the parks) if we wanted.

Book all 6, then she can change hers to something else if she wants, or someone can use her magicband to go on the ride a second time.

she can do a ride near by that she can do if there is something she can not do I have a friend that can not do 7DMT so she is doing pooh when I am doing 7DMT

Book 5 together and book hers separate with 3 gentle rides she likes, such as Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, Peter Pan, etc.
