I'm afraid this isn't going to work for some reason!

I tried logging into the app, and when I put my confirmation number in it says "that reservation is already linked to an account". Well yeah, it's linked to my acct. the one I logged in with. But then it won't let me go further:/

On the website, it shows only me and none of the rest of my party. Two hours to go...getting nervous.

This happened to me. I had to call and get it fixed. However, this is what I discovered. I could actually login using my full email and password OR just the first part of my email (without @blablabla). It was the same disney account, at least that's what I thought. When I booked my package I used the full email. When I logged in later I just used the shorter version and I was getting the same message you got, like I was a different person and someone else had made the reservation and it was linked to another account. From that day forward I only log in one way.

Book using the website. Because you have booked a package, you won't see everyone until 1:00am.

Thanks for these responses. I did end up using the website and it worked out fine! I was getting so anxious though

I ended up getting pretty much everything I wanted, the only snag is that I ended up with A&E Meet at 850-950 pm, a little on the late side but I'll take it for now and try to keep an eye open for an earlier time slot! But I got 7D no problem and all the other rides I wanted

Just curious - how many days into your trip did you book A&E? I'll be booking mine for day 6 after our FP window opens, and I'm worried about not getting it! I'd like it for day 2, but I'll book for day 6 to be safe, and then keep an eye out for day 2

Its day 4 of our trip. I also just managed to change the time for one of us to something more reasonable and I'm hoping I can copy it to my husband and daughter. If not I guess just one of us will do with her maybe.....
