I was just asked by Disney to complete a survey regarding my FP+ booking experience and my experience with MDE website and app. The questions were very specific with regard to a lot of the issues that I see posted about here on the boards. Obviously Disney intends to address these issues otherwise why would they be asking such detailed questions. I don't think FP+ as it is now is the final version. Anyway I completed the survey and I doubt its the last one I'll fill out as part of this testing process.
 
I hope they do listen. Wish I'd get the survey! I'm planning on sending my own email though with what we observed over MLK weekend. Unless there is just some bizarre boost in numbers of travelers/guests, the lines this thing is creating are not worth the cost of the ticket (IMHO).
 
I spoke to a disney representative on the phone after a complaint letter in regards to fast pass +. I got the corporate response and they appreciated my input. Why I got from the conversation is there doing fast pass+ no matter how much we hate it. They sunk to much money in it and there going with it.
 
Of course it is not finished...it is TOO HORRIBLE to be finished.

Someone seemed to have had a deadline and sent it out without working out many, many kinks. I had worse issues in January than I did in October!! Ugh!

RFID is what my nephew does for a living. I think Disney should hire him.
 

I just completed this survey yesterday. I have a trip starting on Monday and this was the first time I've gotten this survey.

I took a few screen shots of the screens which have questions about FP+ in general, as well as the ones that ask you about your booking and website experiences. I'll edit this post and post them if any one is interested in seeing them.

The survey was very targeted, and didn't have any where to make general comments. They even went as far as to provide this disclaimer letting you know that they didn't want your overall general opinion...Lol (Although they state that they encourage you to share your opinions, there isn't any open comment section to do this. They just mean by answering the questions...)

"We appreciate your taking the time to participate, and encourage you to share your opinions; however, please note that we are not soliciting any ideas or suggestions. By participating in this survey, you consent to our unrestricted use and disclosure, without any compensation or obligation to you, of any ideas or suggestions you provide us in connection with this survey. Please be assured that we will not use any of the information you provide to us in connection with this survey to market any products or services to you."

That's too funny. Either they are in major denial or have just heard enough already to know what the fans think.
