I know this is probably a silly question but I haven't seen anything. Is the FP+ now being used for all on property resort guests and it is only for guests staying on property? Or can anyone get one if staying off property. We will be staying on property for the first time in July. TIA

FP+ is open to all theme park guests. Those staying at a WDW Owned & Operated Resort can make selections up to 60 days prior to the beginning of their resort stay. Day guests can use an in park FP+ kiosk.

We are staying offsite for the first time in April. According to MDE, I am able to schedule fastpasses beginning tomorrow. Crossing my fingers it's right!

Wait, I thought scheduling was only allowed if you're staying onsite? Am I missing something?

From what I've seen here on various threads, you are accurate.

I've seen only one person who says he can book in advance for any day though he has no reservations for a resort. That seems like an isolated case and looks like the system is reading him similar to an AP holder though he's using old tickets. He has a magic band.
