FP+ Shenanigans!!

I'm confused. I thought we could start booking FP+ 60 days before the first day onsite. What is the +10?

At 60 days out you can book up to 10 days of your trip all at once (if it's that long).

It's 60 days out from check-in day for booking through checkout day - up to 14 days of FPs if you have corresponding ticket entitlements and your length of Stay is 14 days or longer.

+10 only applies to ADR bookings. It does not apply to FP bookings.

Correct! :) I was just clarifying that it wasn't 60 +10 as many posters were posting, it's 60 +14 and length of Stay for onsite applies. After the checkout date, the 60-day window actually continues to roll forward. If you had any unused ticket entitlements, you could book FPs for 60 days after your stay.
When did that change? It always used to be 60+10.

Ok while we are all discussing the 60 days +14, if you book a single night onsite stay for the start of your trip (throwaway room) can you still book 60+14 at 60 days out?

Thanks

Kate

No. You can book check in and checkout day at 60 days out from arrival and then you have a rolling 60 day window from checkout to book your remaining fp entitlements

Ok that is what i suspected was the case, but I thought I had read that it opened for the length of your linked tickets regardless of your checkout date. I probably mis-read it. Thanks for info!!

It's always been FPs for length of Stay.

Just recently visitors from the U.K. and Australia noted they could book for 14 days when their window initially opened. Then, with each passing day, they could add on another day of FPs. One DISer (@wsssup) had a 7-week Stay and confirmed he could add on a day of FPs with each passing day... for the 7 weeks that he needed FPs.

Yes, FEA opens at 9, but Fastpasses for FEA don't open until 11 am. OP wanted to rope drop Royal Sommerhaus and then FP FEA. That's not possible because FEA doesn't offer FPs until 11 am (at the earliest).

I did not know this. Last year, I kept trying to get a 10:30 FP. I wish I had realized that I didn't need to keep checking; it was never going to become available. This will help with my plans this year. Thanks for the info.
