Not sure why he left, but it looks like cause and effect....Based on our
experience the system was implemented before it was ready. And, based
on discussions with long time CM's in mid level positions, they were given
little or no training on the system and were specifically told training was
not necessary.....which put them in a bad position when it was less than
successful....Personally, based on 100+ trips to WDW, we did not see it as
am improvement....altho it had the potential. At this point I see it as about 50/50 as far as being a success, with newbies haveing more positive attitudes.
