FP offsite, never done before.

I am working a trip for a friend that came up suddendly. She is going this Sunday only, and is not staying on property.

I have always stayed on property so I do not know what the rules are for FP+ offsite. Is this what the rules are?

She can buy her tickets today (and should), so she can try to book any FP+ today for this Sunday?
She can pick up her ticket at Guest Services when she gets there on Sunday?

Otherwise all other FP+ rules are the same? 3, then add at kisok?

Does she happen to have an old magic band or ticket from a previous trip? If so, she does not need to stop at Guest Services for a ticket.
