FP not working on MDE.

How is this acceptable? Sitting waiting for the 6:00 cst magic moment. The "checking for FP+ plans" icon just keeps cycling. Called at one minute past and am still on hold. WHY!?!

I had no idea it had switched to 7am, I've been trying since 6:15. Just cycles.... I'm grateful I'm not alone in this, but at the same time, we have family visiting from halfway across the US this week, and if I can't get booked this morning, who knows what my chances will be tonight once I've finished making dinner and we've gotten back frm our daily plans.

I got the wait screen once, then it went awa, just endless cycling.

I am on hold with DIsney on the phone, but the wait time is more than 90 minutes.

ninety minutes? I connected at 6:01 and the wait time was 9 minutes, it's now been 17. This is crazy. Thousands of dollars for a vacation, to sit at a computer to select ride times and their program isn't working? Super aggravated. So much for 7dmt and Pandora.

Yep.... i figure all the people trying to get into Pandora either overwhelemed it, or else it went down sometime overnight? So upsetting. We havn't gone for 3 years, because it takes that long to save up, and now we are all miserable, waiting for it to start working, instead of being happy we got our reservations!!

I just got off of the phone. The system is down for everyone and there are over 200 people in the queue instead of the usual 15. Leadership is aware, they don't know the cause of the FP system not unlocking for people today or how long it will take to resolve.

There is a bigger problem and not cause of Pandora. I have been trying to do FP since 630am. Just hoping they would open early and I could be done this quickly. haha I can't even get on to adjust my FP for a different trip. This is truly frustrating! As I have been refreshing different screens have been popping up. I have had Olaf pop up and Pandora, but then it goes back to just the spinning circle. ;(

The whole system is down - all of the 60 day people are locked out.

Thanks for the update. I might only stay on hold for a few more minutes, then hang up, if that's the case. How incredibly frustrating. Kind of stinks though, now the planners are thrown into the luck of the draw for getting times/attraction picks.

Has anyone ever used their phone to make all their reservations on? Is it too complex for a multi day trip? It's not ideal, but at least when I could check in, and TRY to get what my husband and kids want sooner than I could having to wait until tonight.
