FP not working on MDE.

I wouldn't stress over the cookies! The problem is within Disney, no one, not even the reservation CM's can make FP. Keep checking back, they are hoping to have it up "soon", check every 15 min they say. ;) I just got off the phone with them.
Yes, I wouldn't stress over that. But I have had times when it has helped because otherwise it keeps going back to the broken page.

Thanks for being so reassuring!! I am not an expert at this, because we've not been able to go often, so in my minds eye, I'm sure it's far worse than that the reality will is about booking these!! Sheesh. This better not happen when we go next time, a few years from now. Not sure I can handle this stress every single time.

I hope this is why I cannot see any of my reservations on my phone or on the desktop...no hotel, no dining, no fp+ selections....just says to call.

That's exactly the issue. No stress. You're good. :) Others reporting same.

They are working on it, so I am sure that's why. I was able to check in (couldn't book FP so I checked in to see if that would help..haha I know, wishful thinking) and look at all my reservations until just a little bit ago. So there is hope they are getting this fixed!

It's staggering, isn't it? In a world where the Amazon and Google platforms exist, why do high end companies (American Girl, Disney, Hanna Andersson, I'm looking at you) have consistently horrible tech???

Were you not online a few weeks ago when Amazon Web Services went down and took down half the internet with it?

Things happen. Technology is imperfect. People running the technology are imperfect.
Every FP isn't going to suddenly be booked because you aren't able to get on first thing. No one else is able to get on, so who would be booking them?

If I get a "The wait is almost over" page should I stay on it? It says my wait time is 3 minutes.

This glitch greatly impacts my day. Whether it will impact my vacation remains to be seen. I was up early to make the reservations, as a well-trained Disney customer, but was unable to do so due to technological problems. I am wasting time because of Disney's technological problems... Now I'm at work. How often should I interrupt my work to check MDE? There are large blocks of time when I will be unable to check MDE or to make FP arrangements. How much time will I need to spend on this topic today - instead of living my life? Sure, my choice. But it's also my precious vacation dollars that I am trying to maximize and protect.

Just checked MDE, looks like the entire system is down. I get errors for hotel, FP, ADR's, EVERYTHING. (8:25am Eastern)

yep, this is totally my luck. noro is sweeping our house, kids vomiting all night, now this. I feel like a ticking time bomb. You know its inevitable, I just pray I'm not down for the count when our new window opens.

I logged in via the App this morning at 5:15 and it showed me I could book my FP+ for my stay in 60 days. For some reason, it would only let me book them for those in our party that had annual passes. I was unable to book for my Mother who has a ticket linked. The FP+ system said she didn't have a ticket, but the ticketing system shows in linked. Since I couldn't book hers, I didn't book any of them =/

Hang in there. I hope you don't catch it. Aren't sick kids the best? Thanks to mine, I just got over 4 months of being sicker than ever in my life, now I'm so exhausted and weak, hoping I get stamina back before the trip!
